Staff unite for walk

Staff members from Cayman Islands law firm Conyers Dill & Pearman are showing their support for breast cancer awareness in several different ways during the month of October, which is internationally recognised as Breast Cancer Awareness month.

Partners and staff at the firm dressed in pink attire on Friday, 9 October, participating in the Dress Down/Dress Pink day. A team of 10 staff members took part in the Brenda Tibbetts Lund 5K memorial run/walk on Saturday, 10 October, which saw more than 700 entrants.

Tracy Jefferson, team captain stated: “We look forward to participating in this walk every year and have a great team who are happy to get up early and support these events, the morning was very well organised.”

Conyers also presented a cheque in the sum of $2,500 to Anne Hunte, chairman of the breast cancer awareness programme of the Lions Club of Tropical Gardens.
