Consolidated Water Company, the parent of Cayman Water Company Ltd., recently donated CI$20,000 to the Cayman Islands National Recovery Fund to aid the rebuilding efforts in the Sister Islands.

Rick McTaggart, CEO of Consolidated Water, said:
“We hope this money will help in the long, difficult road to recovery for our friends on Cayman Brac and Little Cayman.”
Cayman Water also provided manpower assistance to Water Authority Cayman in the immediate aftermath of Paloma.
Dr. Gelia Frederick– van Genderen, Director of the Water Authority, said: “Even as Cayman Water was restoring their systems on Grand Cayman to normal on the Saturday morning after Paloma passed, they were offering their assistance to us for Cayman Brac.”
Dr. Mark Laskin, Executive Director of the CINRF, said: “The rebuilding efforts in the Sister islands have only just begun and we are very grateful for this donation and all of the donations the Recovery Fund has received to help the people of Cayman Brac and Little Cayman restore their lives to normal.”
