A cruise ship visitor from New Jersey has won a holiday for rwo in Cayman in a draw run by the Pirates Week Gift Shop.
The holiday trip was won by Tim Lynott of Sparta, New Jersey, while in Cayman with his family on a cruise ship visit this year.
Speaking from his home, Mr. Lynott said, “I’ve never won anything, and this is so exciting. We had a great time in Cayman, and I can’t wait to come back.”
Endorsed by the Department of Tourism, the trip is supported by Cayman Airways, the Westin Casuarina Hotel, Breezes by the Bay, Budget Rent–a–Car, Tortuga Rum, Pedro Castle and the Botanic Park.
This is the fourth year the draw has been run, with the entry forms being used to generate a data base of visitors who are interested in the Festival.
Pirates Week, now in its 31st year, will run from 6–16 November.
